The ICTTF International Cyber Threat Task Force with their partners are launching the “Cyber Compliance Series”.  A monthly schedule of virtual half-day interactive workshops focusing on cyber compliance within specific geographic regions or sectors.

As geopolitical tensions continues to develop on the cyber front and countries around the world develop various legal and regulatory responses, the challenge for organisations is in understanding the “what” and “how” of being cyber compliant from a local perspective and in a way that is harmonised with International business requirements.

The "Cyber Compliance Series" workshops have been developed to fast track delegates to an understanding of their requirements, the risks associated with non-compliance and the key steps they can take in order to achieve cyber compliance with the key legal and regulatory instruments within their region.

Our August “Cyber Compliance Series” is focused on Singapore, this workshop will look at the cyber threat landscape as it relates to Singapore and explore the various initiatives being taken to secure Singapore from cyber threats.

During this workshop we will cover:

 MAS Monetary Authority of Singapore Notices and Guidelines
 CMA Cyber Misuse Act 1993
 CSA Cyber Security Act 2018
 PDPA Personal Data Protection Act 2012

And our case study will be the worst cyber breach Singapore has experienced, the 2018 Singhealth data breach in which 1.5m patient records were stolen by a nation state cyber threat actor.
