It is International Women’s day today and for over 10 years the ICTTF have openly pushed the diversity issue in the cyber security industry and thankfully there are now a lot more people also talking about it BUT we believe it’s time to do more and take action.

So it is with great pride and due to the great work of the team at ICTTF, that we are able to announce our latest initiative.– “Cyber Security Bootcamp for Women”

Our mission is to bring at least 1,000 women into the industry in 2021 but it can be a lot more with your help.

Simply spread the word! The program is completely free and open to women from any industry outside of the cyber security industry at any stage of their career.

So if you have been thinking about it, now is your chance to help defeat cyber evil.

The “Cyber Security Bootcamp for Women” is an initiative of the ICTTF – International Cyber Threat Task Force. The objective is to introduce women at all stages of their career to the world of cyber security.

This 30 day program is delivered free of charge to successful applicants via the ICTTF online Cyber Risk Academy. Students receive access to a syllabus that presumes no previous or technical knowledge.

The curriculum is designed for a business audience and introduces them to key understandings and concepts around cyber security and how to manage it within a business. The learning outcomes are complementary to many roles including but not limited to legal, compliance, risk management, procurement, HR and fraud prevention.

The target audience are business women, that are interested in developing their knowledge in relation to cyber risk management and potentially entering the industry.

The courses are fully funded by the ICTTF and open to women from all over the world.
