1. Parties
This order form is an agreement between ICTTF Ltd ("ICTTF"), registered in Ireland
(Company No. 567446, VAT No. IE3395678DH), of ICTTF House, First Floor Unit 15, N17
Business Park, Tuam, Co. Galway, H54 H1K2, Ireland, and the partner organisation named
in Section 1 ("the Partner"), in respect of partnership at the European Digital
Governance Summit taking place at The Mansion House, Dublin on 25 November 2026
("the Event").
2. Exclusivity
Subject to full payment in accordance with Section 5, ICTTF grants the Partner
exclusive association with the risk domain selected in Section 2 for the Event and its
associated promotional materials. ICTTF will not offer partnership in the same risk
domain to any other organisation for this edition of the Event.
3. Speaking slot content
The Partner's 20-minute session must be educational in nature and consistent with the
Event's stated format of no sales pitches from the stage. ICTTF reserves the right to
review session content in advance and to request reasonable changes to ensure this
standard is maintained.
4. Cancellation by the Partner
As the Partner's risk domain slot is confirmed only once payment has been received
in full in accordance with Section 5, the following applies if the Partner wishes to
cancel after payment:
- Cancellations made more than 90 days before the Event: 50% of the amount paid
will be refunded; the remaining 50% is retained by ICTTF to cover administration and
marketing costs already incurred.
- Cancellations made 90 days or fewer before the Event: no refund will be issued.
- ICTTF may, at its discretion, agree to defer a Partner's slot to a future edition
of the Event in place of a refund.
5. Cancellation or material change by ICTTF
If ICTTF cancels the Event, sums paid by the Partner will be refunded in full, or, at
the Partner's election, credited toward a future ICTTF event. ICTTF is not liable for
any indirect or consequential costs incurred by the Partner as a result of cancellation
or postponement.
6. Event details subject to change
Details including but not limited to delegate numbers, agenda, speakers, venue
arrangements and format are correct at the time of writing and may be subject to
change. ICTTF will make reasonable efforts to notify partners of any material change.
7. Branding and intellectual property
The Partner grants ICTTF a licence to use the Partner's name and logo in connection
with the Event, in the manner described in Section 3 of the partner prospectus. ICTTF
grants the Partner a licence to reference their EDGS 2026 partnership and risk-domain
association in their own marketing, subject to ICTTF's reasonable brand guidelines.
8. Data protection
Delegate contact details will be shared with the Partner following the Event in
accordance with applicable GDPR requirements and ICTTF's Privacy Policy. The Partner
agrees to process any delegate data received in compliance with GDPR and not to use it
for purposes other than reasonable follow-up related to the Event.
9. Liability
Except in respect of death, personal injury, or fraud, ICTTF's total liability to the
Partner arising out of or in connection with this order form is limited to the total
amount paid by the Partner under it.
10. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform its obligations where such
delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
11. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland, and the parties submit to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
12. Entire agreement
This order form, together with the EDGS 2026 partner prospectus, constitutes the
entire agreement between the parties in respect of this partnership and supersedes any
prior discussions or representations.
