ICTTF Event Photography and Videography Disclaimer

By participating in an ICTTF event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Photography and Videography Notice
   ICTTF events may be professionally photographed, video recorded, and/or live-streamed. These recordings and images are created to document the event and may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, marketing materials, and other publications.

2. Consent to Use of Image and Likeness
   By attending an ICTTF event in person, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, and voice as captured in photographs and video recordings by the event organisers. These materials may be used for the purposes outlined above without further notification or compensation.

3. Remote Participation Options
   ICTTF often provides opportunities to attend events remotely via live streaming or to view recordings on demand. If you prefer not to appear in event-related photos or videos, we recommend that you make use of these remote participation options where available. Please note that availability may vary depending on the specific event.

4. GDPR Compliance
   In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the processing of photographs and video recordings is carried out on the basis of ICTTF’s legitimate interests. These recordings are used solely for the purposes stated above and are retained only for as long as necessary.

5. Your Rights
   If you have any questions or concerns regarding the use of your image, or wish to request the removal of specific content in which you appear, please contact ICTTF at info@icttf.org Whilst ICTTF will make reasonable efforts to address such requests, please note that not all requests may be accommodated, particularly in the case of live-streamed or publicly shared content.

By registering for and attending any ICTTF event, you confirm that you have read and understood this disclaimer and agree to the use of photographs and recordings as outlined above.
